- Do you handle gulf-front rentals?
- Yes. Many of our weekend turnovers are gulf-front homes. We staff a two-person minimum on Cape homes because the square footage demands it.
- Are pool decks and outdoor showers included?
- Standard. Cape rentals are all about the outdoor space. We rinse decks, sweep walkways, clean outdoor showers, and wipe down pool furniture as part of every turnover.
- Do you clean private homes on the Cape?
- Yes. Recurring weekly, biweekly, and monthly cleans for full-time Cape residents, plus seasonal opens and closes for snowbirds.
- Are you insured?
- Yes. General liability with high-value-property endorsements, plus bonding. Certificate filed with most Cape San Blas property managers already.
- Can you accommodate same-day Saturday turnovers?
- That's our specialty. Saturday is the heaviest turnover day on the Cape and we run multiple crews to hit every turn without exception.
